Glencoyne

Join us for our next Together Outdoors walk on Friday 19 June. We'll be meeting at Glencoyne National Trust car park (with the option of car sharing from Penrith).

The exact route and timings are still being finalised, but we're hoping to explore the beautiful Glencoyne Valley before heading up onto the Helvellyn range, potentially taking in summits such as Raise and Stybarrow Dodd.

As always, everyone is welcome. Further details, including meeting times and final route information, will be shared once confirmed.

We would love for you to join us on any of our group walks. Please take a minute to read the following before attending…

Together Outdoors is a friendly, informal group that meets socially for outdoor activities — mainly walking and hiking. The organisers are not qualified outdoor leaders, and therefore anyone attending a group walk/hike takes responsibility for their own safety.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Please pay attention to the walk description and details in advance so that you’re aware of the distance, ascent and terrain involved.

Please ensure you come equipped with appropriate clothing and footwear, suitable for harsh and changeable weather conditions.

All our plans are subject to change or cancellation at short notice so please check this page for updates before setting off.

Thank you!
